So here it begins. I have been running for almost 9 weeks now. I started with a “couch to 5k” plan from www.beginnertriathlete.com. I used the “agressive” plan figuring I could handle the pain. so far it’s been great, I’ve had to take it a little slower and walk a little more sometimes, but I’m making it. My knees have started hurting, but I’m working on taking care of that now. This week I am running 18 minutes, walking 12 minutes (3 and 2 minutes at a time x6), 3 days a week. I’ll get more in depth as I post more often, just wanted to give a basis of where I’m at right now.
